Individual mandate philosophy

CIP Real Estate does not operate any pooled funds, rather an individual mandate philosophy is adopted. This philosophy allows the Real Estate team to tailor mandates to best achieve the desired outcome by clients while the investment thesis remains current and at the same time minimising potential conflicts.

Detailed below is a selection of our mandates, which includes Funds Under Management and Funds Under Advice. We note that not all of the mandates listed below are active at any one point in time*.
